Lisa Quade has been a certified Jazzercise Instructor
since 2001.
She has also received her Masters distinction in the Jazzercise
continuing education program.
"Jazzercise is the only fitness program I have ever stuck with
because it is so much FUN."
says Lisa. "I have a feeling that is the reason most of my students
stay with it, too. What
they, and I, have found is that it's a lot easier to work out with
friends. I pride myself in really knowing my
students and their strengths and opportunities for improvement. Because
of that, I feel they have come to trust me. That," she says, "is when you know you've reached them. Well... that and when
they start to see real strength and body changes happening!"

Tiffany Butzine is a Lake Mills
resident and long-time Jazzercise student. She finally took the plunge
and became an instructor in June of 2007.
“I have NO regrets other than not doing it
earlier. I love it. It is so much fun. I am able to meet and talk to
different people. The great part about it is it's just one hour and I
know I wouldn't work out at home as hard. I love it also because you
can dance and workout at the same time. The routines are done with
great current music.”
Tiffany is a wonderful addition to the Lake Mills
Jazzercise team. You can take her class every Monday & Wednesday night at 6 pm.

Katie Bell [pictured above

is a Lake Mills resident and Kindergarten teacher in Cambridge. Katie
started taking Jazzercise classes in the summer of 2006 and, after
helping Lisa run a couple of Juniors classes, decided to become a
certified Junior Jazzercise instructor in March of 2007.
“I love kids. This was not a hard decision
for me to make! Kids just love to dance to the songs they hear on
the radio and that is key to making our program so much fun. We
spend time learning performance routines and the highlight for us is
always
the Lake Mills Town and Country Days Parade where the kids get to dance
for the whole town.”
Katie is dedicated to our Juniors and has opened
Juniors classes in Cambridge as well. Check out
our Junior Jazzercise page for more info on upcoming classes.

Julie Clark is the newest member of the Lake Mills
Jazzercise Team, earning her Jazzercise Lite certification in June of
2008. She had been taking
Jazzercise classes for about 3 years when she decided she would like to
teach Lite, a low impact class.
"I love being able to offer this option to my many friends who would
be otherwise unable to attend class. The format is very
'new-comer' friendly, and we have a great time...even without hopping!
The fact that we offer the use of chairs for our strength training instead of going
to the floor is also very appealing to our customers."
Lite classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at
9:30 am.
